Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed unless we approve it under special circumstances.
We are committed to providing high-quality products with care and responsibility.

2. Payment Methods

We accept bKash, Nagad, and Bank Transfers.
Payments are usually required in advance. However, promotional offers may include different terms.

3. Delivery Policy

After your order is confirmed, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days.
During special offers or high demand, delivery might take a bit longer.
Customers are required to provide confirmation upon receiving the order.

4. Refund & Return Policy

We only offer refunds for damaged or faulty products.
To request a refund, customers must provide clear video evidence and the original receipt.
Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.

5. Copyright & Legal Rights

All product designs, images, logos, and content from Fitnotion are protected by copyright law.
You may not use any content from our platform without our written permission.

6. Responsibilities

We are responsible for replacing or refunding damaged items.
However, we are not liable for misuse of products or incorrect payments made by customers.

7. Right to Update

Fitnotion reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.

We’re happy to offer free delivery on selected products.
If a product doesn’t include a free delivery offer by default, you can still enjoy free shipping by placing a minimum order of Tk 3,000 or more.

১. পণ্য অর্ডার করার নিয়ম

আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট অথবা অনুমোদিত যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম ব্যবহার করে পণ্য অর্ডার করতে পারবেন।
একবার অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর সেটি পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করা যাবে না, তবে বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে আমরা অনুমোদন দিতে পারি।
আমরা সবসময় পণ্যের গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করার জন্য কাজ করি।

২. পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি

আমরা বিকাশ, নগদ, এবং ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার গ্রহণ করি।
সাধারণভাবে সব পেমেন্ট অগ্রিম করতে হয়, তবে বিশেষ অফারের সময় আলাদা শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

৩. ডেলিভারি নীতি

আপনার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ২ থেকে ৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
বিশেষ অফার বা ব্যস্ত সময়ে ডেলিভারিতে কিছুটা সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।
পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় অর্ডার রিসিভ করার প্রমাণ দিতে হতে পারে।

৪. রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি

শুধুমাত্র ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা রিফান্ড দিয়ে থাকি।
রিফান্ডের জন্য স্পষ্ট ভিডিও এবং রশিদ দিতে হবে।
পুরো প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হতে সর্বোচ্চ ৭ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।

৫. কপিরাইট ও আইনগত সুরক্ষা

ফিটনোশনের সব পণ্য, ছবি, লোগো ও কনটেন্ট কপিরাইট আইনে সুরক্ষিত।
আমাদের অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

৬. দায়িত্ব সীমাবদ্ধতা

আমরা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য প্রতিস্থাপন বা রিফান্ড করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
তবে, অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ব্যবহার বা ভুল পেমেন্টের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

৭. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

ফিটনোশন যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
নতুন শর্তাবলী ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত হওয়ার পর থেকেই কার্যকর হবে।
